Bio: Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Virginia, Steven is a graduate of Amherst County High School. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force. While actively serving in the Air Force, Steven lived in Texas, Washington and Louisiana.
Steven understands and appreciates the wide variety of opportunities Central Virginia offers its new and current residents, including school districts, property values, social activities, churches, employment and outdoor adventures.
He is married to Shannon Bucklew, a graduate of E.C. Glass High School and the University of South Carolina. Shannon is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CRFE) and President of Bucklew Consulting, Inc.
In addition to the community service Steven performs with Dawson Ford Garbee and the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS, he also volunteers with the American Red Cross, The Gateway and Friday Cheers. Steven enjoys classic cars, college football, the History Channel and reading. His favorite author is Nelson DeMille.
