Bio: As a native of Lynchburg with strong family connections, I would love to show you Lynchburg and help you find a home here. I received my B.A. in Business Administration from Lynchburg College, including coursework in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales and Business Law. I have been a State Licensed Realtor since 1995 and have continued my education through professional seminars and workshops in marketing, sales, ethics and law. My first real estate position was working for a national firm doing ad valorem assessments in municipalities throughout Massachusetts. My contributions to the Lynchburg community include service on the Board of Directors of the Junior League, as Chairman of Ways and Means and Publicity Coordinator for Day in the Park for Kaleidoscope; and I have also served as an account executive and section leader for the United Way of Central Virginia.
Adding a whole new dimension to my professional life, I am now also working with Dawson Ford Garbee Auction Company having received the certification as a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and completing the coursework and exam for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Anything from dump trucks to divans, you can call on me to perform a professional appraisal for you!
